PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed, invoicing will be done the day before the days / events are held.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment deadline is 3 weeks after the last days / events held.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATIONS
Up to 8 weeks before: No cancellation fee.
From 8 to 6 weeks before: 25% of the price for canceled days / events.
From 6 to 2 weeks before: 50% of the price of canceled days / events.
From 2 weeks to start up: 100% of the price for the canceled days / events.
BY DEFERRING / CHANGE DATES
Up to 8 weeks before: No deferring / moving fee.
From 8 to 4 weeks before: 25% of the price of the deferred / moved days / events.
From 4 weeks prior to start-up: 50% of the price for the deferred / moved days / events.
